Who we are
MESH is the controller for data collected through the landing page and event application. For privacy questions, contact hello@meshevent.co.
What we collect
We may use your name, email address, company, role, profile details, networking preferences, lead-sharing choice, QR badge, check-in information, payment details, and messages sent to us.
Why we use it
We use necessary data to process registration, manage access, take payments, and run the event. Networking, public speaker profiles, lead sharing, and analytics are optional and are enabled separately.
Legal basis
For registration, access, payments, and event administration, we process data to perform the contract or take steps requested before a contract. For accounting and security, we rely on legal obligations and legitimate interests. For networking, public profiles, lead sharing, and analytics, we use separate consent that can be withdrawn at any time.
Who receives it
Data may be processed by our hosting, database, payment, email, and analytics providers. Sponsor contact details are shared only when you explicitly enable lead sharing.
How long we keep it
We retain data for as long as needed for the event, accounting obligations, and handling requests. Optional data is deleted or anonymised when you withdraw your choice or when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you can withdraw optional choices at any time. Contact hello@meshevent.co.
Complaints and transfers
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by GDPR and document them in our records.
