Who can attend the conference?+
The MESH conference is for mid-to-senior professionals in the events industry: corporate event managers, marketing managers responsible for events, festival producers, and senior consultants. Access is controlled to ensure quality conversations.
What's the difference from other conferences in Romania?+
MESH is not an inspiration conference. There are no vague motivational keynotes or panels with no conclusion. Each session has a specific and actionable outcome. Networking is structured, not left to chance.
Is the Expo free?+
Yes. The Expo zone is accessible free of charge to any industry professional, including juniors, students, and suppliers. It represents the pipeline for future editions and creates a broader community around the platform.
How does matchmaking work?+
Before the event, participants complete a profile with their objectives. The MESH algorithm proposes relevant meetings that participants confirm. The 90-minute matchmaking session has a defined format — it's not random speed dating.
Can I get an invoice for the ticket?+
Yes. At registration, you can enter your company's billing details. The invoice is issued within 5 business days of confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card.
When are speakers announced?+
Confirmed speakers will be announced individually on MESH LinkedIn and this page, starting May 2027. We focus on practitioners with proven results, not on popularity or online visibility.
Is there a refund policy?+
Tickets can be transferred to a colleague at any time at no extra cost. 100% refund available with at least 30 days before the event. Between 14-30 days — 50% refund. Under 14 days — transfer or credit for the next edition.
Will there be future editions?+
MESH is built as an annual platform, not an isolated event. Edition I is the foundation on which we build the community and ecosystem. Sponsors and participants from Edition I have preferential rights for future editions.
